I have been cooking for more than 30 years in many different capacities. Food is my passion and over the years I have seen first hand both the negative and positive effects that the food we eat can have on our bodies and our minds.

For me, food is many things. Yes, it is a necessity to provide our bodies with nutrients and energy. But it is also something that provides great pleasure, both on the palate and with the people we share that experience with. As food energizes our cells, it also bonds our relationships with each other.

 My goal is to provide quality Organic foods, support local farmers, and promote the idea that healthy, good food can be delicious for the body and mind.

Penne Lane Organic Creations is an organic food service serving the West San Fernando Valley. Our focus is on personally created lunches and dinners delivered 5 days a week. The menu is diverse and always exciting.We also do catering for corporate meetings, parties and events.

The Jo-Go Bar is an Organic nutrition or meal replacement bar. It was developed out of the need for a mid-day snack on the Penne Lane menu. The bar is wheat, soy, corn and dairy free. There are no refined sugars. The bar is non-GMO, high in fiber, and high in Omega 3's.
